Homecoming 2010

At the school where I work, I get the privilege to not only
work there, but I also went to school there from Kindergarten
to 12th grade. This year, homecoming fell during the first of September.

As everyone prepares, it is time for mums to be made.

The biggest honor came when my daughter was named to the
Kinder Court. My son was on it last year.

Before I know it, she will be a senior. But until then, I'm going to enjoy every MOMENT.

Here she was during the Homecoming Pep Rally.
The gym looked so beautiful.

My home room is 5th grade, and we always make a wagon float.
The theme this year was about dreams.
We built a castle that said, "In the enchanted land of the Bobcats, dreams
and victories do come true."
We won first place for the wagons.
Yippeee...

Until next year......

Mama is proud and that is wonderful, you should be.
Wish I was there to ride on the castle float. I'm all about that!
Stopping by on this rainy Monday morning to wish you happiness and all the best for the coming school year.

Hi, I am your partner for the Ornament Swap and stopped by to learn a bit about you and what you like. It shocked me to learn about the mums, i had those when I was growing up, but moving to Las Vegas I find it hard to believe that so many people around the world do not have this in place. I miss them so much and it brought memories. I love your kids they are soooo cute and adorable. I only have one son and his already graduated this year from high school and the years did go by so fast. Hope to learn more about you and will be watching all your post.

Hugs.

Maria
